our training Services

CIDB Training

Construction Industry in Malaysia is regulated by Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB). Construction-related companies are required to have a valid license from CIDB before commencement of work at site. Either new license applications or renewals, the companies must have sufficient CCD points. Only authorized training centers or Pusat Latihan Bertauliah Kontraktor (PLBK) can offer approved training programs. Participants who attend these approved courses will be awarded CCD points which can be used to either apply or renew their CIDB licenses. ZOHL has been appointed by CIDB as one of their authorized training centers.

HRDF Training

Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) was established under the act of 'Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act 2001'. Employers are highly encouraged under this Act to upgrade the skills of their employees to meet the demands of a digitalised global economy. At ZOHL we are committed to meet these challenges through our carefully designed training programs in line with the requirements from various industry verticals.

HRDF-GENERATE

Graduate Enhancement Program for Employability (GENERATE) is a training program introduced under Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (HRDF) scheme. The main objectives of this program are to impart relevant skill sets and knowledge as required by the industries; to explore new route for trainee career market; to provide relevant working experience that can enhance their employability; and to expedite their job placement.

PROTEGE Training

Professional Training and Education for Growing Entrepreneurs (PROTÉGÉ) launched on January 28, 2019 is an entrepreneurial and marketplace training program to develop and guide youths in collaboration with industry experts in the effort to create more competitive and ready job market as well as skilled job seekers to meet current industry needs. ZOHL has experience implementing similar programs in SL1M and GEMS. We are here to assist you achieve your contractual obligations by offering training programs in compliance with the Government requirements.

Ir. Azizi Ahamad is an associate technical trainer with ZOHL’s Mindset Discovery Center™. He is also certified trainer with HRDF with more than 20 years of experience in the engineering sector especially in mechanical, electrical, and safety. Ir. Azizi is certified Safety & Health Officer by DOSH and Competent Construction Safety Officer (CCSO) by CIDB. He has been accredited as Mechanical Professional Engineer with Practicing Certificate (PEPC) with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) since 2014.

Ng Soon Kiang is a Bachelor Degree holder of Chemistry with Minor in Management. He started his career as Production Shift Supervisor in a US based medical glove manufacturer before moving to R&D line in an Australian glove manufacturer as an R&D Chemist over a total of 8 years. He then served as Senior Chemist in Quality Control Laboratory in Metal Smelting for 8 years and later moved to Wood-based Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. as an R&D Manager.
