Construction-related companies are required to have a valid license from CIDB before commencement of work at site. Either new license applications or renewals, the companies must have sufficient CCD points. Only authorized training centers/Pusat Latihan Bertauliah Kontraktor (PLBK) can offer approved training programs. Participants who attend these courses will be awarded CCD points.

He is a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in the United States, and he has held different leadership positions within the IEEE.
