Construction-related companies are required to have a valid license from CIDB before commencement of work at site. Either new license applications or renewals, the companies must have sufficient CCD points. Only authorized training centers/Pusat Latihan Bertauliah Kontraktor (PLBK) can offer approved training programs. Participants who attend these courses will be awarded CCD points.

He then served as Senior Chemist in Quality Control Laboratory in Metal Smelting for 8 years and later moved to Wood-based Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. as an R&D Manager.
